The game, due for release in February of next year, is a role-playing experience of epic dimensions. The story centres on the life of Roszondas, a human who has acquired mysterious dragon magic.
Roszondas' story begins when he is abandoned on the doorstep of the dragon Crakan, who gives him the breath of life (now there’s a familiar phrase) given to all young dragons by their parents as soon as they are born. As a young man, this dragon magic, so unnatural for humans, begins to make its way through his veins and eventually captures his soul. Over the years, he learns to contain the powers bestowed upon him, but he could never really control them.
Gorasul is chock-full of characters, both playable and non-playable, but the main man is Roszondas and the unfortunate world he inhabits. There’s a sinister demon from another dimension on the loose, and through his encounters with other characters, and the usual mixture of magic tricks and spell-casting so prevalent in the role-playing genre, Roszondas is the one to deal with it all.
Gorasul - The Legacy of the Dragon is due for release in February 2002.
