With the re-imagined, re-booted, re-made and ready to be re-sold Twisted Metal all ready to go, David Jaffe is apparently leaving developer Eat, Sleep, Play, the studio he co-founded with Scott Campbell.
According to local paper, The Salt Lake Tribune, "Salt Lake City video game developer Eat Sleep Play laid off eight employees last week as it finishes its anticipated PlayStation 3 game, “Twisted Metal,” and transitions from producing console titles to mobile games."
Speaking of Jaffe's apparent departure from the company, co-found Campbell states, “He’s excited to go into the casual space... He’s got some projects that he’s excited about. So we’re kind of going down two separate paths.”
Good luck to David.
