Claims made as takeover turns sour
French publishing house Ubi Soft is poised to face Take 2 Interactive in the London courts early next year, claiming that it is owed $6.3 million.
Ubi Soft is claiming that Take 2 owes the money following the distribution and sale of Red Storm games that were distributed in Europe by Take 2 until December 2000. This distribution deal was negotiated prior to Ubi Soft’s acquisition of Red Storm earlier this year.
