Indiana Jones Plays Uncharted 3
What's the best way to promote a blockbuster, cinematic game that is loosely influenced by adventure films such as Indiana Jones? You get Indiana Jones to sit down and play it in front of a camera, of course!

Such is the Japanese ad campaign for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Uncharted: Golden Abyss - Harrison Ford was invited to play both titles and say lots of positive adjectives to describe the latest in Naughty Dog's series of treasure hunting escapades. He ends up painting the word "Sugee" (which means 'incredible') in Japanese characters on canvas.

According to a report on Andriasang, Sony revealed that Ford was selected because of the familiarity between the characters he plays and Nathan Drake. It's the first Japanese commercial for the actor in four years. Ford is quoted as saying, "The game really gave me the feeling that I was in a movie, but it's enjoyable because while I always win in my movies things don't necessarily go so well in the game."

To watch them legit on Sony's website, you need to be living in Japan. But when has that ever stopped the internet? Watch the advert, plus a six-minute video of Ford playing Uncharted intently, below.
