Hey, PS3 owners. It sucks that you've not got the Call of Duty: Black Ops Annihilation map pack yet, doesn't it? Alright, I'll stop rubbing it in, because Activision's announced that it'll finally be hitting PlayStation Network on 28th July. The pack features four new multiplayer maps in Silo, Hangar 18, Drive-in and Hazard, along with the new Zombies scenario called Shangri-La. It's all about "quality and variety," according to Treyarch's online director Dan Bunting. Drive-In is set in a warred-up outdoor movie theatre, for example.
The pack will go live in around two weeks' time - no price has yet to be decided, but Activision's social media manager Dan Amrich has hinted that it may be on a similar level to past
Black Ops map packs "since it's the same amount of content." The weekend that follows its release will be a Double XP event in celebration.
