Sega has announced that it will be partnering Japanese Internet investor Softbank, to create a game distribution company with dedicated support for cross-platform broadband users.
The new company, called Xsido Corporation, will offer Internet service providers, cross-platform online gaming, delivery applications and solutions.
"We are betting on growth in demand for online contents with broadband services via ADSL fast Internet access becoming more popular," said Xsido's Marketing Director, Hitoshi Kaneko.
