Rockstar and Team Bondi's detective thriller L.A. Noire continues to clean up on the UK Video Games Chart while its protagonist Cole Phelps cleans up the streets of Los Angeles. According to GfK Chart-Track, the game "easily" held off Codemaster's DiRT 3 for Top 10 dominance, despite a 43% drop in sales.
Codies' latest rally game saw an interesting split on launch - 67% of units sold were for the Xbox 360 version, with 37% tallied up for the PlayStation 3. Perhaps Sony's PSN troubles - which almost seem to be over - has been a factor.
The biggest tumble in the Top 10 were for Bethesda's Brink, which saw a 52% sales drop. In contrast, Zumba Fitness had a 19% boost as we all get a bit more physical, while Wii Sports Resort had a sales surge of 145%. Mario Kart Wii saw an even greater +148% increase.
