David O. Russell No Longer Directing Uncharted Movie

In a headline that speaks to the movie community, Variety has said, "David O. Russell ankles 'Uncharted'. That means that the Three Kings and The Fighter director is no longer directing the film of the game.

Also in the news is that the "Albert (From Hell) Hughes ankled Warner Bros.' live-action remake of the Japanese manga epic Akira" thank goodness.

It's all okay though on the Uncharted front, well, for O'Russell who 'insiders' say ankled the movie project amicably.
