Report: Metal Gear Solid 3DS Planned for November
Konami looking to capitalise on Christmas sales.
Is it happening or isn't it, then? Apparently, Kojima Productions' 3DS interpretation of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater is a reality, as Konami is said to be targeting a November release window for the title.
The game is officially without a release date, but MCV reports that the publisher is looking towards the Q4 period to hit the shelves in time for the Christmas spending rush.
The game was hoped by many, according to MCV, to arrive on the 3DS in time for the handheld's Summer launch window (remember, Nintendo's giving the platform a rather wide berth when it comes to 'launch' periods).
But for everyone else, it's just nice to know that the game is on track for releasing at all - Hideo Kojima was last said to be undecided as to what form this upcoming Metal Gear 3DS title will take, after showcasing a technical demo of Snake Eater in stereoscopic vision.
