Nintendo to Drop Wii Name for Project Cafe
'Project Cafe' - the name that an anonymous source has told someone will be the name of the new Nintendo console that some anonymous source has said will be properly revealed and named at E3 won't be called 'Wii'.

That's according to named analyst, Jess Divinch.

"The Wii did that quite well early on, and while many hardcore gamers quickly shelved their Wii, we all have to admit that we own one and enjoyed some of the greatest first-party titles in the market," he tells Nowgamer.

He continues, "Any Wii successor - and trust me, its successors name will not include the word 'Wii' - will have to gain praise among the core video game market. With the strongest first-party brands in entertainment, I have no doubt that any Wii successor will gain the attention of the core video game community.

“Trust me, it will not include the word 'Wii', he includes.

Analysts are fun.

I cant help thinking that Project Cafe refers to some sort of beefed up online strategy that nintendo will address this time. A communial system that is easy to access and offers great online community features.

Or it might just smell of coffee. It could work, why not?
