Gears of War 3 Dated - Japan Loses Out - Awesome
Awesomeness and trilogy closing sadness in one go
What could be more awesome - yet at the same time quite sad in an 'end of a trilogy' sort of a way - than to see the release date for Gears of War 3?
Nothing, apparently. Of course, we don't know if the game itself is going to boil over with awesome because we've not played it yet. But don't let that stop us saying:
Global Launch (well, if you exclude Japan) is SEPTEMBER 20th 2011.
We're also going to paste the from the press release this piece of awesome text, "Gears of War 3 is the glorious conclusion to one of the most memorable sagas in video games’ history and this is a date you certainly don’t want to miss."
