DOA: Dimensions has Variable Framerate
The head developer on 3DS title Dead or Alive Dimensions, Yosuke Hayashi, has recently explained that the game's framerate will vary based on whether the stereoscopic 3D effect is on/off on the device.

Playing the title in 3D will see play slow down to 30 frames per second. Switched off and running in 2D will have the game progress at a smooth 60 frames per second instead. The game will see release on March 24th and check below for a trailer of the title, demonstrating the game's 3D effect.
