Huckabees Director Back on Deck for Uncharted Movie
David O. Russell comes back to adaptation
I Heart Huckabees and Three Kings director David O. Russell has retaken the director's chair for the in-progress Hollywood adaptationn of the game franchise, Uncharted.
Russell had originally been attached to the project but had moved off to work on a film version of the fictional work Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. It appears that Russell has now come full circle and has signed up again for directoriall duties on the Uncharted film.
The film Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is due for release sometime in 2013. We can only hope our prayers of Nathan Fillion as Nathan Drake are answered by then.
