Ninja Theory Wants More from Alex Garland
The head of developer Ninja Theory and soon to be released title Enslaved, Tameem Antoniades, has said that he'd "definitely like to work" again with Alex Garland.

Garland is renowned for being the writer on films such as 28 Days Later, The Beach and penned an adaptation for the on hiatus Halo movie. He also took the ancient Chinese tale of religious enlightenment, Journey to the West, already adapted for stage and most famously for TV with the cult series Monkey and used the characters for Ninja Theory's latest offering.

Antoniades explained of the collaboration and Garland that, "He was looking for a way into games, and we offered him full collaboration. That just organically grew. First, we co-wrote the story and stuff, and then he started to look at the game like he would look at the movie."

Antoniades also went on to add, "As a film producer he brought a refreshing perspective to the game, and one that we learnt a lot from. There’s plenty more we can learn from each other!"
