Tim Langdell, a man best known for attempting to sue every possible entity in the games industry for using the word 'Edge' could be facing criminal charges according to US court documents.According to
Industry Gamers, which managed to get sight of the legal papers relating to a case brought by Langdell against EA injuncting
Mirror's Edge:
"(the court) believes that Langdell made fraudulent statements to the US Patent and Trademark Office and strongly believes that Langdell is 'suspect', and has been 'trolling' the game industry for licensing opportunities. His actions could possibly warrant 'criminal penalties'."
EA is "pleased with the opinion issued by the court."
