Special Edition PS3 for Japanese GT5 Release
Titanium Blue, to shock all of your senses. Maybe.
While everyone in Europe goes nuts over the 3rd November release date for Gran Turismo 5, Japanese fans were told that the racing simulation will also hit the Land of the Rising Sun on the same day. And there'll be a special edition PlayStation 3 launched to coincide with the game too.
The Titanium Blue PS3 bundle will include a 160GB hard drive, a matching DualShock 3 controller and a first-print copy of Gran Turismo 5. This first-print will be similar to that offered via pre-orders in Europe and the US, sporting a 308-page booklet and a product code for downloading five special cars for the game.
Gran Turismo 5 will sell at retail for ¥7,980 (or £60), while the console bundle is to be priced at ¥35,980 (about £270).
