Looking forward to some more Heavy Rain DLC? Well, don't hold your breath - Quantic Dream revealed that the second chapter in the Heavy Rain Chronicles has been put on "indefinite hold."
GameInformer spoke with Guillame de Fondaumière from the studio, who was demonstrating the PlayStation Move version of the artistic game. According to Fondaumière, Sony encouraged Quantic Dream to focus on integrating motion controls to the title instead of pursuing the DLC angle.
As a result, any work on the next chapter - which was to offer the Origami Killer as a playable character - will have to start once the Move version of Heavy Rain is finished. By that point, however, the studio would most likely be eager to look towards a new project instead.
So, no Origami Killer playability. Bugger.
