The Insider section of the newest edition - as picked up by Connecteconsoles - says that a US source has confirmed "Ninja Theory is working on Devil May Cry 5."
However, it also points out that, "We hear it isn’t currently on Capcom’s two year schedule, but don’t rule out a surprise announcement at E3."
We can be patient.

I think the least they could do is release a trophy patch for Heavenly Sword if they're not going to do a sequal
