Just when PS3 fans might be thinking that Square Enix was spending most of its time round at Microsoft's house, upstairs in the Xbox 360's room with the door shut, Square brings a present round. It comes in the form of a special card in the PS3 box.
MCV notes that the "In-the-box code allows for FFXIV in-game goodies and possible access to the beta."
It is in fact, "a Square Enix Members Card. Inputting the code printed on it at the Square Enix Members website will grant users a special in-game item for upcoming console MMO Final Fantasy XIV. In addition, users will also stand a chance of landing a place in the beta for the game, which will be kicking off later this year."
