Final Fantasy XIII Xbox 360 - Three Discs Two Swaps
Not much disc swapping required, despite the number.

Xbox 360 owners, your Final Fantasy XIII fate has been decided – the game will come on three DVDs when it hits store shelves in March.
VG247 confirmed the detail with Square Enix reps after US retailer Gamefly posted it last night.
Although the game is on three discs, there won't be too much swapping about; “Players will only have to swap discs twice during their entire game,” said a Square Enix rep.
Final Fantasy XIII will be released in the West for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on the 9th March. In case the multi-platform thing is still a shock to you, we probably shouldn't bring up the fact that Leona Lewis is doing the theme song over here.
