One for all lovers of epoch-making video games. Those gamers who appreciate a good thing when they sit on their mobile gaming device. Yes, Elite is apparently back and this time it's on the iPhone and iPod Touch.
You'd figure it's also on the iPad or iSlate as well.
TouchArcade picked it up first. It reported, in an off-hand fashion, "nother very interesting bit of news comes from forum reader killy billy who spotted seven new games listed in the C64 in-app shop yesterday but, as yet, unavailable for purchase. The list of games he saw follows.

Casual Gaming also reports that, "The additions come as part of the v1.4 update for the app C64. New features include OpenFeint leaderboard integration, with some titles also getting OpenFeint Achievement functionality."
