EA Shuts Some Madden and Tiger Woods Servers

Electronic Arts is adding 25 game servers to its list of the dead and the gone. The servers (listed below) will cease to function on February 2nd.

There are few surprises in the list of games that simply don't have anybody to love them any longer, in fact there is a commonality: sport. Given that most sports franchises update annually, the closure of NBA 07 or NASCAR 08 on PS2 is less of a shock than the England football team going out in the quarter finals of the World Cup ('of soccer').
