The problem with many football games is that they never feel up-to-date the week after you buy one. The football world moves so fast that it's difficult to keep track of all the different transactions and transfers, and all that doo-hickey. Roster updates have been a good way of keeping up-to-date, but alongside the announcement of a demo version of FIFA 10 on the 10th September, EA have also revealed the "My Live Season" feature which will be included in the upcoming title.
My Live Season is a premium service that keeps players informed on practically every little change and update to the current season of loads of official leagues, like the Barclay's Premier League, Ligue 1 and Serie A to name a few. The service updates includes player form, transfers, injuries, suspensions, fixtures, results and league standings. This way you can change your game to better match the real life counterpart - the mode even tracks your current progress and compares it to the events in the real life leagues.
The My Live Season is going to cost you £3.99 on PS3 and 400 Microsoft Points for the ongoing season, with a coverage of all available leagues available for £7.99 on PS3 and 800 points on Xbox 360.
