Valkyria Chronicles To Receive More DLC

In an announcement so light it almost blew over our heads, SEGA has revealed that the Strategy RPG Valkyria Chronicles is to receive more downloadable content. A new set of missions focusing around (unfortunately, the insufferable) Edy is planned for a "Winter 2010" release. Whether that means January - March next year or Christmas 2010 is another thing entirely, although one would wonder why SEGA would give us a year-long heads up.

Here's the entire press release: "Today, Sega announces new downloadable content for Valkyria Chronicles on PS3. 'Challenges from Team Edy' will test your strategy skills in all new missions! The DLC content will be available Winter 2010."

Short and sweet it is, then. Of course, any excuse to play the magnificent Valkyria Chronicles is welcome here, so roll on "Winter 2010"!
