UK based Rare recently announced the second game it has in development for Nintendo’s GameCube, Kameo: Elements of Power.
The game is a kind of Pokemon experience, and stars a young girl named Kameo who must rid her home world of evil by discovering the whereabouts of six elemental children. To do this she can capture, raise and train the creatures that inhabit the planet.
To begin with, Kameo can only capture the smaller creatures but as the game progresses she is able to tame some of the biggest and most impressive monsters around.
One of the unique features of Kameo: Elements of Power is the real-time battle system. Kameo can choose to stand back and let her creatures fight, or leap into their minds and fight, looking through their eyes.
Kameo will be available only for the GameCube sometime in 2002.
