Gears of War: Jacinto's Remnant Due with All Fronts

The next novel to draw on the Gears of War universe (franchise, world, series, whatever) is due out day and date with the next Gears add-on,

The book, Gears of War: Jacinto's Remnant comes out on July 28th and is by Karen Traviss. Says the blurb, "After a brutal fifteen-year war for survival, the Coalition of Ordered Governments is forced to destroy Jacinto – mankind’s last city – in a final bid to stop the Locust Horde. As the survivors flee, they're caught between the last of the Locust, bent on vengeance, and a primitive struggle to stay alive in an icy wilderness. For gamers who don't have no truck with that reedin' stuff, Gears of War 2: All Fronts includes all previously released downloadable content for the game to date in addition to Dark Corners, which has seven new multiplayer maps and the new Road to Ruin campaign chapter.
