Right, you've seen the video (you haven't? See it here) now it's time to see the first shots of what was called Project Trico from Team Ico. It's now called The Last Guardian. Don't confuse this with Chris Murray's 1987 Last Guardian on the Atari 800 of course.
Game director, Fumito Ueda, when interviewed recently by Famitsu said this about the game:
- It is also known as Hito Kui no Oowashi Toriko in Japan. This translates to 'The Giant Man-Eating Eagle Toriko'.
- The central characters are the young lad from the video and 'Oowashi' the eagle. Apparently, however, "The eagle may not simply follow your orders. But you can, perhaps, throw something that it likes in order to make it move."
- Think Shadow of the Colossus and the horse.
