The Original Worms Armageddon.
Worms Armageddon Decades is indeed coming to Xbox Live Arcade this year. Outed by the Australian ratings board (the OLFC) earlier this week, the game has been confirmed by Team 17 studio director, Martyn Brown.
Fellow Yorkshireman, Brown, did, however, point out that: "...you can expect it in the first half of 2009. The title is exclusive on XBLA for a period."
So, WAD could hit at the same time as the PlayStation network version of Worms - outed by the German ratings board and confirmed by SPOnG earlier this month.
We will get more details regarding the actual content of WAD as soon as possible.

Hasn't been a new 2D PC version for sometime though, no?
This is not just a straight port of an 11 year old game.
