Electronic Arts Sports commitment to Game Cube
Every Platform that EA supports mysteriously performs well, link suspected but we can't quite our fingers on it.
EA Sports, will be delivering some of its perennial blockbusters to the forthcoming Nintendo Game Cube. Favourites SSX, FIFA, NBA and NFL are all lined up for release.
EA Sports is the world’s biggest third-party developer of Sports titles. They plan to deliver an improved version of snowboarding game SSX, one of the launch titles for the PlayStation 2 and a hugely playable game. We can also look forward to the ever-popular arcade-style football game FIFA on the Game Cube.
Additionally, NBA Street Basketball and Madden NFL 2002 are in development. The advanced graphical power of the Game Cube will allow for a level of realism not previously seen in a home console. With the exception of SSX, all EA titles will feature four-player simultaneous game modes. We’ll bring you screenshots of work in progress as we get them.
