Following the announcement that Sega had taken delivery of several PlayStation 2 development kits, one going to the legendary Sonic Team, Sony Music has announced its own deal with Sega Enterprises.
The companies will be releasing a music CD taken from some of Sega’s more popular games. At this time no track listing has been announced.
It seems a strange way for two videogame companies to cement a relationship, but, as ever, we are happy to see Sega developing for platforms other than the Dreamcast.
