Electronic Arts has decided to brighten our days by taking us all back to the grim days of World War II with a rosy new trailer for the upcoming
Medal of Honor Heroes II.
The publisher must be rubbing its hands together gleefully when it looks at the market for the
Medal of Honor series. With
Call of Duty's move into the modern era, EA's can sit back without any big name shooter franchises to share WWII with.
In keeping with its current Wii strategy, EA's promising "an all-new mode designed specifically for the Wii that simplifies gameplay for players of all skill levels for easy pick-up-and-play action. This mode plays like an old-school rail shooter — the Wii moves you around, while you do your part—taking enemies out and achieving objectives."
PSP owners, meanwhile, will apparently get "the most comprehensive shooter experience to date on the PSP, with robust single-player campaign and on-the-go 32-player multiplayer capability".
