Following a successful Tokyo Game Show, SquareSoft has announced that Final Fantasy X is complete, including all FMV and is ready to go gold.
Square has stated the game will go on sale in Japan in July this year, and the finalised version of the game will be available to play at E3 this May.
There has been no word on the American or European release dates as yet, and Western gamers, especially in Europe, are not holding their breath.
Final Fantasy IX was released in Japan in July last year. It took a shocking eight months to be released in Europe.
