After
slipping from the PS3 launch line-up, the release of
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas on Sony's next-gen console is nearly upon us. To get the gaming public geed-up Ubisoft has just released a fresh batch of PS3 screens, and SPOnG has the goods below.
The PS3 release of Ubisoft's terrorist-busting shooter will feature ten multiplayer maps not seen in the initial 360 release (five of them have, however, been made available to 360 owners via Xbox Live) - with five maps being exclusive to the PS3.
The title's release will be welcomed by the Sony faithful. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's president, David Reeves, recently conceded that there's been something of a lull in PS3 releases since the console's European launch, and a meaty shooter will no doubt be greeted happily.
Rainbow Six Vegas will be launched for the PS3 on June 29th. For more on the title head over to
SPOnG's dedicated game page.
