Ubisoft has released the first high-resolution screens from the
recently announced Tom Clancy's EndWar. Not wanting anyone to live in blissful ignorance about the doom that awaits us, SPOnG's got the screens for you below.
Details are still pretty scarce about the latest Clancy game. What is known is that the RTS is that you're dropped smack bang in the middle of World War III, something the game's title suggests will end badly.
Getting amongst it at the end of the world are three factions to play as: U.S. Joint Strike Force, European Enforcers and Russian Spetsnaz. Yup, them pesky Russians. Russia makes a return to the status of big bad in
EndWar, as quadrupled oil prices elevate it back to the status of superpower.
World War III doesn't look too pleasant to SPOnG's eyes. It makes us a little bit sad to see the city of lights in flames and blackened by smoke. The flying aircraft carrier in the background, however, more than makes up for it.
If all goes to plan
EndWar will be available for the 360 by March 2008. For more on EndWar take a peek at SPOnG's
dedicated page.
