Ubi Soft swallows up another publisher

Ubi Soft has today confirmed its intentions to acquire the entertainment division of TLC (The Learning Company) The announcement came from Ubi Soft in France and has been made to put a stop to the recent rumours about the two companies.

Titles published by TLC include Earthworm Jim and the lucrative Barbie franchise, all of which will be taken over by Ubi Soft.
