SPOnG's just received a pretty decent looking video trailer for Codemaster's next iteration of their footy management game, LMA Manager 2007 (link below this news).
'Laugh My Ass' Manager is due out on PC, PS2 and Xbox 360 on September 22nd and wannabe Brian Cloughs or saucy Svends are being promised a host of new features as well as a major overhaul to the match engine.
On top of this Codies are promising controls which are much easier for players to navigate in-game, as well as all the new season's player stats and data. So it sounds to SPOnG like they are making a decent stab at reaching the golden compromise for a footy management title - an easy-to-use, non-confusing interface along with the depth and realism afforded by comprehensive and current player stats.
Check the trailer out here and let us know what you think. The football management sim game market seems to be getting more crowded each year. Do you think there is room for the numerous titles currently on the shelves? Or do you think we are going to see the lesser ones fall by the wayside in coming years?
