US release schedule for fourth quarter is Wii free.
Nintendo has just announced its fourth quarter (US) release schedule which features not one but zero Wii titles.
Now, calm down fanboys! Before you start hyperventilating and crying like babies, just understand that they are having a joke with you. Wii is also to be released in the fourth quarter of 2006, but the company just thought it would tease us all a little, by only telling us about GBA, DS and GameCube titles.
From the absolutely hilarious press release: “The fourth quarter of 2006 will herald a new era for Nintendo with the launch of its remarkable new Wii™ home video game system. But that's not what this news item is about! How could that be, you ask? Perhaps the secret to the launch information for Wii is somehow encoded in the text of this news item. You might want to pore over it for a few hours before staying up all night to debate phraseology and comma placement with your friends online. Or maybe it's all just a scam to get you to read the other games we have launching this fall. One of the two.”

I doubt it; but there are three titles with two I's in (like Wii) which you could translate to the three launch zones of Japan, US, and Europe. To save anyone from having to work it out, the three titles areOct. 16: Nintendogs™ (Dalmatian) Read: Japan

Nov. 13: Yoshi's Island™ 2 Read: Europe
I seriously doubt that nintendo have encoded their Wii launch schedule into the DS Launch schedule. But there's my speculation.

November 7 - America
December 4 - Europe
or there are exactly 7 days in between some dates and is repeated 5 times and the date between Nov 13 and Dec is actually 5 weeks too. Now we know that the wii launch is actually 5 weeks before ps3. Now for the dates hehe
October =10, November = 11, December = 12
there you go

Assuming that the Wii launch is actually five weeks before the respective ps3 launches these dates are wrong
the ps3 launches (according to wikipedia) in
November 11 - Japan
November 17 - Europe and US
November 23 - New Zealand
So even your specified launch terrotiries are wrong.
