Summary

Time to be taken for another ride! The eclectic fighting showdown between the cream of the Capcom and Marvel crop returns for a third helping, and the action is just as mad as ever.

Joining mainstays Ryu, Wolverine and Morrigan Aensland will be characters just itching to jump into their first Marvel vs Capcom bout, including Chris Redfield from Resident Evil 5 and M.O.D.O.K from Marvel’s Tales of Suspense.

The setting for the tag-team matchup - a living comic book, with ink-style graphics to present some truly stunning finishing moves. The evolved VS fighting system allows for signature aerial combos, hyper combos and other kinds of combat mechanics that will leave your opponents guessing throughout the match.

As you get to learn the nuances of each character, you can build your own unstoppable trio of fighters from the roster and use tag combos to your advantage. A new ‘Exchange’ manouevre allows your fighter to flick an enemy in the air and pass it on to the next person in your team to finish them off.

This aims to be the most accessible Marvel vs Capcom game yet, with various modes and features to allow players of all abilities to enjoy themselves. A Mission Mode contains character-specific challenges when you’re done with the traditional arcade setup, and a Simple Mode cuts down a character’s moveset with the benefit of providing an easier access to special moves.
