Summary

Evil Bowser is up to his old tricks again, stealing a magical vibe wand and using it to kidnap both Mario and Luigi. It is up to you, as Princess Peach, to save the day. After finding Bowser's castle on Vibe Island, the Princess finds herself cast under a spell from the magic on the island. The magic enables her to turn her feelings into powerful weapons, which will hopefully help her on her mission to rescue the most famous plumbers in the world.

Super Princess Peach is a classic 2D platform game, with landscapes and enemies reminiscent of those seen in the Super Mario Bros. series. Using the Nintendo DS touch-screen, you can use Princess Peach's new Vibe powers to interact directly with the environment. When pushed too far, Ms. Peach can use her Rage to burn through wood barriers and enemies. Joy creates a whirlwind of happiness, and Gloom makes the Princess cry which makes her invincible. Finally, if matters get too heated, you can use Peach's Calm ability to take a rest, which will revitalise her health.

Princess Peach carries a magic parasol at the start of the game which is used to bash enemies that get too close. As the game progresses, the Princess can use coins that are found throughout each level to upgrade her weapon at Toad's shop. This will enable the parasol to hurl fireballs, act like a boat, and much more.

As well as the main story mode, there are many extras hidden for Princess Peach to uncover. On each level, there are missing pieces of pictures to find and put together, music tones that Peach and her band can play, and various touch-screen mini-games that will keep you occupied.
