Kalisto Entertainment is a developer of interactive entertainment software for current and next generation video game machines, home computers, and the Internet.
Created in 1990 by its President, Nicolas Gaume, Kalisto is an international company with headquarters in Bordeaux, France and offices in Paris, the USA, Japan, China and the UK. Kalisto was successfully floated on the Paris Nouveau Marche in June 1999.
Kalisto's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1997 title, "Nightmare Creatures" (PlayStation).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC, PS2, GBA, PlayStation and Dreamcast. Of these, "Nightmare Creatures 2" (Dreamcast) has been a best selling title.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2003 release "Castleween" (GBA).
