Japan Trumps Europe – Shows Beautiful Ceramic White PSTwo
EU gloating limited to a week.
So, Europeans had been gloating of late, revelling in their recently revealed silver PlayStation 2 hardware as debuted on SPOnG last week by SCEE. And then what happens? The Japanese fire back, showing something that can only be described as far nicer.
This ceramic white model is slated for release in Japan on May 26, with no other regions confirmed at time of going to press. The machine will be the same price as the black unit and will come with a white pad, though unfortunately, only the GT4 memory card is available in matching white.

A nice option as I'm yet to see a nice white GC. I do think this is too late for this kind of thing for PS2.

Meh, I don't really mind about colours. Black's cool enough as it is. Could have waited a week to get my new PS2 but to be honest, silver doesn't go with anything else in my room :P Still, Ceramic White looks to be a better colour than the PS2 red/blue/yellow atrocities. Those were... bad. :P
I think the only situation where colour matters in a console is where a store's run out of Black Gamecubes. :D
