Namco has officially announced that the fifth instalment of its commendable Ace Combat series, The Unsung War, is in development.
Aside from improved visuals and a plethora of licensed fighter planes, little else is known at present, but the game is currently scheduled - at least in Japan and the US - to release before Christmas 2004. A European release has not yet been confirmed.
