We can exclusively reveal that at some point on the morning of September 11 - GMT of course - Sammy Japan will unveil a brand new fighter, named Sammy Vs Capcom, at the JAMMA show in Tokyo.
The news, coming from our man on the floor at the show, states that the game, set to hit arcades using an as-yet unspecified arcade platform, will be co-developed between Capcom and Sammy. It will be published - both in the arcades and on home console - by Sammy, with the agreement seeing Sammy license Capcom’s characters.
This amazing news will surely silence fans bemoaning the paucity of new Capcom Vs games, and should provide a fresh injection into the 2D fighting genre.
