Rumours are leaking out of Warwickshire-based Rare that a massively multiplayer online RPG is in the works for Xbox, following Microsoft’s acquisition of the former Nintendo developer.
According to reports, the development team is being headed up by Chris Seaver and Mark Edmonds, and the project was originally planned for a GameCube release. At this moment in time, the existing code is being ported across to Xbox.
Titles for the game include Gnome Man, My Garden and Secret Garden, all of which have been registered by the firm as game name trademarks.
