Microsoft on Xbox One: Shame
With on Microsoft Xbox One senior executive already out of the door, another is now bemoaning the lack of impact the message - not the console - has had on the public.

Xbox One chief product officer Marc Whitten has "admitted... that the company still has a lot to work on when it comes to communicating with consumers (in terms of Xbox One)".

Speaking with IGN, Whitten states that, “I think it’s pretty simple. We’ve got to just talk more, get people understanding what our system is. The thing that’s really gratifying is that people are excited about the types of features that are possible, and it’s sort of shame on us that we haven’t done as good of a job as we can to make people feel like that’s where we’re headed.”

You can almost see him rifling through the folder marked, "Spin fast and Spin Loud" with that one. Because yes, talking more is exactly the kind of thing that fixes things and makes consumers happier.
