Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima has just levelled up, as Konami promotes him to a corporate officer role at the company. As of the 1st April, the developer will act as Vice President at Konami Digital Entertainment.
PES executive producer Shinji Enomoto joins Kojima with the same role - it is likely that both developers will be able to share duties while continuing to be heavily involved in their current and future projects. Kojima, in particular, appears to have his hands full overseeing multiple projects at Kojima Productions.
It marks a season of change for Konami, as it also appoints a new manufacturing director, multiple fresh directors to its Sports division and others. Check the English-language corporate lineup for a full list of the changes.
