Dinosaur Planet, the game that was supposed to see the N64 go out with a bang has been erased from existence by UK-based Rareware. There is now absolutely no mention of the game on Rare’s Internet site, seemingly confirming the much-rumoured abandonment of the project.
Rare, as per usual, pretended that nothing had changed. The notoriously secretive developer would not say whether the whole project had been canned or it has been shifted across for a GameCube version.
Expect some sort of update from E3 next week.
