So, SPOnG has almost
had it with Leipzig. Unless we get some actual proper news announcements today, our guys will be coming home feeling mildly cheated. Thank heavens for the TGS.
On the Nintendo front, the company has announced a special press event on September 14 in the States and - SPOnG has just been informed this morning - we will be hearing some major announcements from Nintendo in Europe in the coming week. Finally.
Last - but by no means least - on the Microsoft front, it is of course their annual European Lager and Games festival in Barcelona at the end of the month,
otherwise known as X06. Or, in the SPOnG office, 'That event where Stefan and Pat nearly carked it that year they went skinny dipping'.
SPOnG certainly looks forward to a busy September, with some
definite and actual important news to report upon. For now though, stay tuned to see what SPOnG's stringers currently in place in the far flung corners of Scotland (EIEF) and Leipzig (GCDC) manage to unearth for us later today.
