Summary

Ninjas don't want you to see them (hence the shadowing, clinging to walls and so on that they're always up to) but sometimes being a ninja can be tough work. All that violence, the late nights, the masks, always cutting your fingers on all the pointy things they like to carry around…it's a tough life. Fortunately, Namco Bandai's giving you the chance to step in and lend a hand once again with Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2.

Naruto, if you haven't come across him before, is a rare breed of Ninja. Blond-haired, orange jumpsuit-wearing, still going through puberty, nine-tailed demon fox stuck inside him: he's not your typical Shuriken-flinger.

New to this latest instalment in Namco Bandai's beat-'em-up is Ultimate Road Mode. In a nutshell, this mode allows players to battle through key moments in Naruto's story as he learns what it takes to be a ninja as well as unlock a new story that's original to the game.

In total, there are more than 60 missions and seven minigames over 16 stages on which to test your ninja abilities, with 30 playable characters. Players can leap into the funny-looking shoes of Naruto, Sasake, Kakashi, Rock Lee, Gara, Kiba and others as they do their ninja-style stuff.
