Summary

Piglet’s Big Game, released in conjunction with Piglet’s Big Movie, pits players as several of 100 Acre Wood’s most well-loved characters in a brand new adventure for GameCube.

When Piglet is frightened by a tree shadow, he is teased - although probably quite fairly - by his friends for being so timid. So sensitive Piglet decides to head off and lead another life, without anyone to “save” him from imagined monsters. But then Piglet’s friends begin to miss him and fall asleep thinking of their runaway pal. On his travels, Piglet discovers a magical telescope that allows him to enter his friends’ dreams. But he discovers that his friends are having nightmares where Heffalumps and Woozles are stealing what they hold most dear. It’s down to you to save the dreams of your friends. Ah, classic Disney.

Developed by little known developer Donki Denki, Piglet’s Big Game is an authentic game, replicating the magical 100 Acre Wood world in full 3D, and it looks very nice indeed. The controls are easy to learn and the game is generally uncomplicated, which is ideal for the game’s target audience.

Players will be able to control not only Piglet, but Pooh and Tigger too, as they enter seven large game worlds, exploring and solving puzzles to save the dreams of well known characters such as Roo, Owl and Eeyore.

Piglet’s Big Game is a great game for kids, it isn’t too taxing and even adults can enjoy it. Go on, get in touch with your soft side.
